      1. How to dive in Cold Water….

Step 1 Acclimatise. As the temperature drops, just keep swimming and your body will get used to the cold.

Step 2 Be safe. Open water can be dangerous.

Step 3 Wear the right kit. Wear a swimming hat, or two, to help preserve body heat.

Step 4 No diving. Do not dive or jump in unless you are used to the cold water.

        Step 5 Know your limits.

        Step 6 Warm up slowly.

One last thing, your book is co-authored correct, have you decided who’s the dominate character and what year the story is set in? I love books so I’ll be especially excited for you over the next few days!

  6. In volleyball you only have tree hits till the other team gets the ball. There’s two teams and six players on a team.A game is played to 21 points or some other agreed upon number. The team that wins the best two out of three games wins the match.

  7. Today I learned tips for when you are cooking and when you are practicing photography. I watched a couple videos of Gordon Ramsay explaining proper ways to cook meat, vegetables, and spices. I also learned that when you are cutting peppers and you get in on your hand you squeeze fresh lemon on your hands so it won’t burn. I also learned tips about taking photos. I learned different lighting and angles, and in the day time use your flash so the shadows don’t ruin the picture.

Wrestlers can wrestle people up only one weight class that they are placed in. This sport involves grappling-type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds.
